Char-Grilled Prawns


U12 prawns; Colima salt; olive oil; tzatziki; harissa sauce; lemon.

 

1. Season prawns with half the olive oil and salt.

2. On a hot skillet, cook prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side.

3. Serve with tzatziki, harissa sauce and lemon juice. Decorate with additional Colima salt and olive oil.
